Webcam mounted successfully on a pan and tilt

Well, it’s not a best location, because if robot will rotate, camera will make him stack (it will not be able to move)… but at the moment let’s keep it as it is!

Great Work! Can you please tell me what motors did you get? and if you are able to rotate 360deg with accuracy?

    Thanks

      Hi,

Sorry, I was moving and working abroad for a while, was not able to check blog.
For moving the wheels – GHM-01 from Lynxmotion, which has no encoder, meaning I can’t archive accuracy, because they do not supply information about rotation, but there is an upgrade available, which might be an answer to your question: GHM-16 + QME-01.
If your question is relating the servo motors for the web cam – they are not 360 degree, but 180 and answer is yes – they are moving quite accurate.
